Carlos did an amazing job on both of my roofs. They are very professional and efficient. He was able to identify wood rot underneath and help me repair it before replacing all the shingles class 3. It help lower my property insurance. The cost was very reasonable compared to all of the other quotes I've received. I can't recommend him enough. Please at least ask him to give you a quote.
On the day I contacted Carlos Valdez, I was able to schedule an appointment for him to inspect the roof and provide insight. Carlos was professional, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the roofing process. Carlos wrote an estimate that day and just over a week later his crew was at our house. They tore three layers of shingles off and completely re-roofed the house in one day. The quality of the work was top notch, the team was hard working and respectful, and at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and looked great. Yes, and it is most of what we do: about 75% of our jobs are insurance claims. We document hail and wind damage with photos, meet the adjuster on site, handle the supplement if the approved scope comes back short, and work the paperwork through the claim. We do not waive or absorb deductibles; that is illegal in Texas.
