We trace the leak from the attic side to the entry point instead of guessing from the stain.
Repair if the roof has life left; replacement if it does not. You get the honest call and a price for each.
Matched shingles, new flashing or boots, sealed and tested.
While we are up there we look at ridge caps, valleys and vents so you are not calling us back next month.
Materials
Matched shingles by manufacturer, profile and color where available, new pipe boots, aluminum or galvanized flashing, and ice-and-water shield under repaired areas.
Warranty: 3-year transferable labor warranty, handed to you at completion.
Price
Repairs and emergency tarping start at $500, and the exact price is quoted after a free inspection. Larger storm repairs may be covered by insurance.

Yes. We check the attic side for water trails, then trace to the entry point: usually flashing, a pipe boot, a valley or a lifted shingle. We fix the cause, not just the stain.

In most cases. Active leaks are scheduled first, and we can tarp a roof the same day if weather is coming.
Often yes. A targeted repair on a roof with a few good years left costs far less than a replacement. If the inspection shows the roof is at the end of its life, we tell you rather than sell you a repair that will not hold.
We match manufacturer, profile and color as closely as available. On older discontinued colors we use the closest match and place it where it is least visible.
