How it works
Membrane condition, seams, drains, curbs and penetrations checked and photographed.
TPO for reflectivity and seam strength, modified bitumen where a torch-down or self-adhered system suits the building.
Substrate prepared, insulation as needed, membrane installed with sealed seams and flashed penetrations.
Drains, scuppers and slopes verified so water leaves the roof.
Materials
TPO single-ply membrane or modified bitumen, cover board and insulation as required, metal edge and flashing.
Warranty: 3-year transferable labor warranty, handed to you at completion.
Price
Quoted per square after inspection; commercial insurance claims are handled the same way as residential storm claims.

Carlos did an amazing job on both of my roofs. They are very professional and efficient. He was able to identify wood rot underneath and help me repair it before replacing all the shingles class 3. It help lower my property insurance. The cost was very reasonable compared to all of the other quotes I've received. I can't recommend him enough. Please at least ask him to give you a quote.
On the day I contacted Carlos Valdez, I was able to schedule an appointment for him to inspect the roof and provide insight. Carlos was professional, friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the roofing process. Carlos wrote an estimate that day and just over a week later his crew was at our house. They tore three layers of shingles off and completely re-roofed the house in one day. The quality of the work was top notch, the team was hard working and respectful, and at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and looked great. There wasn't a single glitch or problem and I am 100% satisfied.
